The DePaul Documentary Corps documents and preserves critical experiences related to our current time of challenge and change. Its primary work is to conduct, process, and edit remote oral history interviews with DePaul students, staff, alumni, and community partners, on topics including the pandemic and the ongoing struggle for racial justice.

The initial Corps members are students in DePaul University’s ISP 392: DePaul Documentary Corps Internship classes. The Corps is a project of HumanitiesX, DePaul’s Experiential Humanities Collaborative. It has been developed in close partnership with DePaul’s Special Collections and Archives, where the interviews will be archived for future access and research.
